okay i have a civic with type R control arms in the rear and i wasnt sure which sway bar i could. i'm thinking the swaybar end links mount to the control arm so i would have to get type R sway bars. does anyone know for sure? which sway bar i can use a civic one or type R specific one any advice would help thanks in advance.

Try the hybrid forum. You may have better luck there as non of us have probably done this swap into a civic.

ill answer it for you.. if you have a 92-95 civic you can use either the civic or the type r rear sway bar on your type r rear lca's. both endlinks will connect to the same spot. and both rear sway bars will fit fine on the rear civic subframe area.

stick with a type r rear swaybar since its bigger than any civic made one (except mugen) and get a bsq kit to help with potential tear out issues (do a search for bsq kit to learn what it is)

yea as long as the sway is from a 92-95 civic.. the 96+ will not fit.. so like i said just get a type r one since its bigger
