im looking to get a helms for my jdm itr motor but i dont kno whichone to get? will any 94+ helms service manual cover it?

i need some input from u guys...let me know

was there even a 96-97 spec type r in the states? or did the type r come out in 98 in the states only?

There was a '97 R in the US but it had 5-lug. I think there's a supplement Helms manual for the R motors, I think I had it when I owned my '97.

 

still dont know what manual to get....

 

Dont think this will help you any...

For my 97 ITR, bought the ITR supplement manual along with the Integra manual as it didnt inlcude the ITR

Not sure if the later year Helms Integra manuals included the ITR

 

The 98+ manual has ITR info unlike the 96-97. You ideally still want to pick up the suppliment, but I did just fine with just about everything for the 00' when I had just the 98 Helm.
