Default Certifing Roll Bar/Cage

I was just wondering that if I was to make my own, or have a 4pt. roll bar with harness bar made if it would be legal at the track or if I would have to have it certified. if so, who would I have to contact for this?

I want to go with one that looks like this, but with a harness bar:

just get an autopower or one from art morrison, they sell certified cages and bars, they have certified ones and non certified for show. art morrison also makes custom cages. i had an autopower in my se-r and loved it.
