Alternatives to spoon intake elbow?

Alternatives to spoon intake elbow?
Does anyone know any companies that make an intake elbow like spoons or any other alternative to that type of part. I am running a stock airbox configuration on my 00 Civic and I want to get rid of the resonator that connects to tbe back of the airbox.
