I would think so because about everything is swapable between those two cars. Since you already bought it, try it out. if it fits, it fits. if it doesnt, then "no".

Well you think WRONG! The hatch slides between the headliner and the roof. The CRX one slides out over top of the roof. They will not swap. Take it back and get your money out of it.

I got a Si sunroof I will sell you. IM me. I bought it new from honda 4 years ago, never seen snow, installed on my CRX.

Tell him what he's won, Bob! If you look at the CRX sunroof when it's all the way open, it overhangs the rear glass by a half inch or so. Plus, as empirical tests have shown, the frame just in front of the hatch is around 5 inches wide, to act as a roll hoop. Hatch sunroof no worky.
