Default cant find previous thread, need help removing speedo from cluster

i had a thread previously where someone had told me how to do this, but i cant find it now. i need to take the speedo out of my gauge cluster and install it into another gauge cluster. how do i do so? thanks

94 accord 4 door LX 5 spd

for 6th gen, after you remove all the plastic covers, the speedo can be remove by pulling it straight out, there's no screw attached, just four electronic probes

i know to take the clear cover off but how do i get the needles off? i tried to pull them striaght off and it didnt budge and i didnt want to break it. so let me make sure i got this right. take the clear cover off, take off the needles, take off the actual gauge faces, and then just pull it straight out? thanks
