Default Does the B16 and B18C5 share the same crank gear and timing belt tensioner?

I have a Honda dealership across the street that can have the parts to me the next day vs having to order them online from Acura which would probably take a week all said and done.

I'm trying to finish up the R and only need a few more parts, namely the timing belt gear that goes on the crank and a new tensioner. Since the Honda dealership can't order "Acura" parts I figure I could just use the B16 equivalent but I'm not sure if the deck height difference is going to screw up the gear teeth arrangement.

Thanks in advance.
