spedo gunked up.
what can i use to clean the speedo's gears and cable w/o removing it. i canremove the speedo no problem but the cable is crimped to the sender 
and i cant get it out 
the speedo bounces at 30 and is saying .8 miles for a known mile.
would WD40 work or carb cleaner? or some other like 409?
