My Accord audio lock out. Please help!
I need a great help to unlock my 2002 Accord SE's audio system!
I bought the car 1 years ago, when I changed the battery I found the audio system was locked, it kept asking for CODE which I did not know ever before... Please someone here help me to get the code?
VIN:1HGCG56742A803533.
I dont know if only VIN is enough, if not, would please let me know what info should I provide.

From what I heard the other day on the forum you will need the serial number from the radio. Start taking the dash apart.

You might be able to get the units serial number without removing it.
press and hold the 1 and 6 buttons then turn the unit on, the first part of the serial number will show.....then release the buttons and press them again to get the rest of the serial number.
The next step....take the number and some proof of ownership to the Honda dealer parts dept. they can get the code for you.

Sometimes if you have proof of ownership the dealer can also pull up the code by the VIN number if the person or the dealership registered it when it first bought.
