D series

Hi i was wondering can you put turbo in civic hb dx 93 stock engine or can i put it in del sol engine d series ? which is better ?

you can turbo both, neither is better or worse.

that is if the del sol motor is also just a B7 ... but if it's a Z6,

Turbo Z6 > Turbo B7

vtec-E engine with turbo and nos...dont forget an LS tranny
