looks like he custom molded some fiberglass onto the oem bumper, it's clean in a different way

looks like 96-97 bumper lights too

 

this is probably the only aftermarket bumper i would put in my accord

ya i have a 97 and it looks almost exactly like that, but just the height on mine is a big smaller
