bellow mounts on tie rod end? Need help ASAP!

Can you use grease for wheel bearings and suspension parts to fill the bellow mounts? Can I use regular clamps instead of the oem metal wiring that loops around it? Thanks!

Do you know if autozone or other parts store carries it? Or is the dealership my only option?
