Default ITR shocks and springs

Will the ITR shocks and springs with lower control arms fit on a 2000 honda civic? I heard it does and heard it doesn't, so I just want to clear this up. I was thinkig about this set-up because not only is it stiff, but i can get it for pretty cheap.
