so i bought a beat up DA GS today. pretty cheap considering that it runs, has a straight frame, and new timing belt, clutch, etc.

but it's also got a nasty coolant leak, oil pan leak, and a motor mount/rough idle/vibration issue.

it's a black DA destined for h4 wchc competition--unfortunately it's black just like edik's and i'd hate for people to confuse his superior talent to my inevitable rookie suckness. i'm gonna have to think of a color scheme that helps observers eschew all confusion. (btw, thanks to edik for answering some very important q's, and hopefully his patience with the many to follow).

anyway, i can't wait to join you guys out on track. i know this is going to lead to my hemmoraging money, but i guess that's what makes me dumb, and is proof why driving is so awesome.

 

Keep it as a beater and buy karl's car

 

Since I made my car Black and Yellow, You can do Black and White.

Mine's also black and yellow, so if you just paint the top 1/2 yellow, people might confuse you with my rookie suckness (after I hit BW next month) and it will be all good. Edik has been awesome in helping me get my DA up and going also. Thanks Edo!
