How much more horsepower would I get out of a JDM intake manifold for a D16z6 than on a stock manifold and would it be worth it? I have a cold air intake and a cat-back exhaust if that makes any difference.

 

my jdm mani. is the same as the usdm z6 manifold. same runner diameters , throttle body inlet hole is the same, the only diff. I see is it is missing a vaccum nipple. <-

 

I heard that they had wider and longer runners and bigger injectors

i am 99% sure they are exactly the same except for the USDM having a nipple to hook up the evap purge solenoid.

and i am sure they do not have larger injectors

 

Exactly the same. Get a y8 manifold, best OEM for D series.
