Are all B-Series Half shafts the same?
like the topic title says from 1st gen b16a to b18c5? just want to know if the bolt pattern is the same and if the splines are alll the same.

No, the intermediate shafts are not the same, there are some simularities and differences:
First, the intermediate shaft bolt patterns are all the same for the cable tranny and hydro tranny and will bolt up to any B-Series block. (Besides the stupid B20A)
The first generation cable tranny half shafts have a female spline and require a left hand 90-93 Integra axle (male spline axle).
The hydro tranny 94+ Integra intermediate-shafts have a male spline and require a left hand 94+ integra axle (female spline axle).
Finally, the earlier cable tranny intermediate-shafts require a different transmission seal than the hydro intermediate-shaft. The cable and hydro seals are interchangable in all B-Series transmissions.
You can run either inermediate shaft in your 90-01 Integra or 92-00 Civic with B-Series swap, you just have to make sure you have the correct transmission seal and axle combination to accomidate the differences illustrated above.
