Which cat-back do you consider is the best overall to buy?
What i consider best is the it has the performance, light-weight, and queit. I heard many people saying to buy a RS*R exmag, but is it light weight.
This is strike two for you today, isn't it?

Wow, what a general question. It depends totally on what type of car/application it will be used for. I certainly wouldn't be using an RS*R Exmag on my high boosting turbo Integra. Just as I wouldn't be using a Thermal R&D system on my Integra with an intake and header.
For light weight, performance and quiet. Assuming of course that you have money coming out your ears and you don't care to have the ULTIMATE in performance IF you are going force induction (for NA, it is the ultimate). Then get the Hytech catback and catalytic convertor.
3" exhaust is loud.
So let's review...
Your post isn't quite up to par on information.
So the assumptions are.
1. You are loaded. Money is no object.
2. Either;
2a. You are going Naturally Aspirated or;
2b. You are going Turbo and want a nice mix of the bunch without the ultimate in performance.
3. You have a Generation 3 (94-01) integra.
Then Hytech is your best bet.
