How can i know if i can use D16 or D15 clutch on my D14?
hello everybody,
i have a 97 civic EJ9 with a D14A4 engine. i turbo'd it and i need a stronger clutch because mine is slipping.
i know that the D14 clutch is 200mm. but i dont know if i could use a clutch from a d15 or a d16.
i dont wanna order a clutch from the us and evantualy it wont fit.
i will get the tranny code in a couple of minutes.
THANKS.
p.s
are all the d16 clutchs are interchangeable?
are all the d15 clutchs are interchangeable?
can we use a D15 on a D16 and the other way?
sorry for the noobness

The 88 d16a6 has a 190mm clutch. The 89 has a 200mm clutch and the 90-91 and 92 up d16 has a 212mm clutch. You should be able to use a 212mm clutch--just find out how many splines are on the input shaft on your transmission.
