yes, use your o-rings cuase they hold the sleeve steady and it wont slip off letting the springs slip from their seat as well. and DEFINITELY cut your bumpstops in half or youll bottom out on it!!! do that and yuo should be good to go but definite on the orings and bumpstop. oh, and lub up the orings b4 you put em on to make em go on easier and reducing crack and tear

ya def use the o rings, duct tape them in place so they fit snug with the sleeves, on the bump stops chop off a notch unless ur goin all the way down id get rid of half of em

 

i used them and it does hold the sleeve in place. i cut my bumpstops as well i also cut the cup down a little bit on the struts to get it a little lower but im also on stocks for now just another thing i did

 

The O rings are for the sleeve, you simply put the o ring on the strut, then slide the sleeve on the strut, make sure the sleeve is not moving at all, if it is use the bigger O rings... these are so the sleeve dotns rock back and forth creating lots of noise, or sleeve movement. I say take the bump stops out completely. Every Civic I put coilovers on I threw them out. I wanted to see what would happen one time with the bump stops juts cut in half, and my ride was BOUNCY! took the bump stops out and it was less bouncy! The bouncy ness comes from Blow struts in which I need!

 

use the rings and cut your stops in half... hope you replaced your oem struts with aftermarker ones or you ride will be bumpy and shitty... im running the skunk 2 coilovers and kyb abx struts... ride is good, and got them for super cheap... 250 total. ahahaha, i am just glad to get rid of my oem struts and apc coilovers... now i got those for free so no flaming...

 

Yes ive used the o ring around the strut so the sleeve can slide in with out shakin around. u can also use eletric tape and tape it around the o rings so it wont move
