good deal or not?
i met a guy who is selling his 1990 vw corrado turbo with only 63,000 miles, a minor dent above rear bumper. he wants $4,300(negotiable), is this a good deal? thanks.
Are you sure its not the supercharged version? which would be a G60...those are slower than the VR6's which have no forced induction at all. I'd say it is probably a VR6 with a turbo which would be a good deal.
id say so, as long as thats VERIFIED actual miles (carfax it) other than that, look at turbo piping and overheating problems....

Ah hem, time to flex my Vdub knowledge:
1. From 1990 to 1992 the only corrado available stateside was the g60 1.8 supercharged.
2. The Corrado SLC, which came with the beefy VR6 motor came out in 1992 and ran til 1994(1995 in canada).
3. It is highly likely that if in fact this is a turbo, it might be a 16v gti motor swapped in and using an aftermarket turbo, or it could be a 1.8t swap. Not sure.
