code 41 and 65
I pulled the codes on CEL and got back 65 and 41. I did a search and figured out what needs to be done, I think.
Anyway, I pulled out the before cat O2 and replaced it and reset my CEL. The light came back on in less than 30 seconds. I checked the code again and no longer get 41, but still get 65. I assume I am now going to have to change the after cat O2. However, in my crappy haynes book it only shows and talks about the before cat o2.
Not having any pictures of the after cat O2, how do I go about replacing it? Do I need to put the front end on jack stands or just one side? While searching the forum I read the O2 sensor is on the pipe right where the pipe get smaller and is angled up towards the car. Is this hard to reach? Will I be able to get my socket wrench and O2 removal tool in there?
Lastly, I've read that the primary O2 senor is the important one. If I wait awhile to shell out another 80 bucks, will my gas mileage suffer?
Thanks in advance for all your help.

I think for most years/models the 2nd O2 sensor doesn't do anything to control the engine or fuel. It's ONLY job is to measure whether the cat is working.
It should be located in the catalytic converter, probably towards the back of it, on top. So you'll have to lift the car & maybe(?) lower the exhaust a bit to get a wrench on that sensor. Other than the inconvenient location, replacing that sensor is the same as replacing the front one.

x2 for Jim's response.
You won't have any problems driving with a bad 2nd o2 sensor, just the annoying CEL to look at. It's not that hard to replace, just get under there and unscrew it.
