Big brakes + 15" wheels......Help?
Ok here is my situation. I have a 00 civic si. I have the aem rotor upgrade kit, larger rotors, stock calipers. The kit says I need to run at least a 16" wheel. No problem, the car clears 17" and 18" fine. I tried to fit up a stock 00 si wheel just to see how bad they won't clear. That aren't close to fitting. Well here is the dilema. I will be getting the car ready this winter to be running at the track in the spring. I will need slicks on the car. I'd like to be able to keep the brakes and run a 15" wheel so I can run a 26x10-15 slick. If not I will ditch the brakes and run maybe a 13" wheel. I'll worry about that later. Here is my question....if companies make 13" wheels to fit over gsr brakes, is there anyone that would make a drag racing wheel 15" that would clear my brakes?
I know, I know, just get rid of the brakes. Look in my sig, they are forsale. I'm trying to avoid having to swap the brakes everytime i go to the track. Any info?

Yea, I am just not sure if any 15" wheel will fit. I'd like to sell the brakes and run stock rotor size smaller wheel. It would be the easiest way. But i can't do that till soemone buys the brakes (new). The search goes on....

Fastbrakes.com will sell you both the wheel and the brake kit. Ask them about fit.
