Default Scammed! (Port & Polished LS Head) PICS

Here Is The Auction Link...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...%3AIT

the seller ended the auction early and gave it to me for 300, i really needed a head so i told him i need proof that JG really ported it, so he sent me this pic in and email...

here the head on arrival, no sign of a stamp!!!

the seller lagged on shipping so i filed a 'item not recieved' claim through paypal so now paypal says i can't refile a 'item not as described' claim so i am screwed! any suggestions?

You said that you reported through paypal. Is that the same as through ebay?

Because ebay has a their own little report system as well, so you can report scammers.

It may not do much but I would look into it for sure.

You can try and request his or her contact info

http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/....html

That is if they gave ebay their correct info. It has worked for me a couple times.

My JG head look nothing like that, you can tell from the ebay pics that it wasn't a JG head. Not to be a dick but you should have known better....no jg stamps, shitty pics and it only cost 350 come man.
