Default b20 vtec swap??

do you have to change the water pump or oil pump for vtec??

no. the oil and water pumps for '97+ non-VTEC motors including all B20B's and B20Z's are the same as the VTEC oil and water pumps. the only inferior oil and water pumps are the 1996 and older non-VTEC B-series engines. if the engine is older, however, it may be a good idea to replace at least the water pump. if it's hella old then replacing the oil pump might be a good idea, too. get pumps for the proper newer non-VTEC engine and you'll be golden.
