I know I'm about to get flamed but I still want to know. My friend is selling me his chalkboard black hatch with a h22 motor for 6,000. it has a vacuum leak in the intake manifold(surges between 1200-1300 rpm's, needs a paintjob, needs new suspension, and needs to be tuned(on stock p13). he used 89 integra axles with predlude inners. his mods are:
1994 Honda Civic Si with 123k miles on chassis
2000 on fresh build
H22A/A1 motor
H22A head P&P
H22A1 block with:
90mm 12:1 Weisco pistons
Cast iron sleeves
Eagle rods
ARP rod bolts
Balanced crank
Cometic head gasket
H22A LSD tranny
Place Racing mount kit
Exedy stage 1 clutch
Golden Eagle oil sandwich plate for added oil pressure
Skunk2 intake manifold
DC Sports header
Greddy EVO2 SS exhaust <---(must be new huh)
GSR wheels
Aerospeed coilovers on front
Field VTEC controller
A/F meter and inector % readout
DC Sports short throw adapter
Integra seats
"Ebay special" strut tower bars
the car ran 13.5 1/4
. i just want a simple yes or no really. I'm really debating because it will need much more work to finsh it and i usual rely on other peoples opinions on something before i go and do something stupid . the main reason I'm intersted is because its a unique swap. thanks guys

Thats not a bad set up, but w/ the car being in the condition it is (no paint) the motor and the others mods are not worth 6k, so no.

I cant really tell you if its a good deal or not but Im one of those people who in most cases would not buy a modified car. Now being that its your friend that might be better but if it was me I prob wouldnt. Of course I cant tell you if its a good deal or not, hopefully others will fill in with that info.
doesn't sound that fast for all the mods done... PLus not alot lotta room for up grading since he went all motor with the high comrpession..... (no turbo dreams)

built motor.. modds all the same
mods = modifactions.... if its not stock its modded!
and that engine seems pretty built so like i said not much more can be made throu it as is, with out alot of cash.

yea he is i guess. the car has seen its fair share of abuse already with the old motor and been tracked on the new. o wells. i kepe looking. haha
