I have never owned a automatic until i bought my gf a 92 accord ex so i need some input about autos ok heres the problem just one day out of the blue i was going to work and out of no where the tranny started to slip when i got to my work which is less than a mile away it would'nt move in any gear i put it in then it finally moved after about 10 mins...The thing is if i get in the car right now and start it up it will make a high pitch noise and after it sits for a little bit at idle it will quit i just drove it and the tranny was shifting ok its been shifting ok the last couple of time i drove it around the block its just been siting in my drive way so if anyone can please help me out with some input that would be awesome

 

Also the car has 133,xxx miles

 

Have the Trans fluid changed out, and have them pay particular attention for metal filings in the oil drained.
