F.S. PR3 OBD0 ECU flashed by SKUNK2 no rev/speed limiter
This ECU is a OBD0 PR3 ECU that was sent to SKUNK2 and flash reprogramed. It has no rev limiter and no top speed cut off. I didn't have the flash done but can attest to the performance it added to my b16a2 and the validity of having no rev limiter or speed cut off. I was told it cost over $200 to have SKUNK2 flash it.
