I dont think 2a ECU's ran the immobilizer chip. It was a feature in the 2b's, 98-up models.

in your original post you say its from a 00 itr ... and 00-01 itr's are obd2b... so what year is your ecu?

its doesnt matter
its a JDM ecu so no immo, and no obd2b
there was no obd2b in japan

you mean OBD1 to OBD2a right? Because your ecu is OBD2 so that would make no sense to sell a jumper that is non compliant with your ecu.
