Default Where to get crank angle trigger wheel pressed off a crank pulley?

I am almost done with my current project with just a few steps left. I have a crank pulley from a 91 escort that has a crank angle trigger wheel mounted to it (it looks like a gear). I need to get the trigger wheel off the pulley so it can be mounted onto my pulley. What kind of shop would be able to press the wheel off the pulley? A machine shop? A regular auto garage? thanks.
Its circled in red in this picture.

An automotive machine shop would be my first choice.Even a Napa or similar part store shop should be able to do it.
