strange axle problem....

strange axle problem....
here's the deal, lately my axles has been having a decently loud snaping noise when i go up drive ways,
so i replaced because the cv boot was ripped, its a brand new axle not rebuilt or anything and still nothing....
my car used to be auto, i used the correct half shaft, i also recently did a 5lug conversion, could a bent hub do this also? alignment is good though
it vibrates from 30-40 MPH, ????
