OT: Anyone Here Get a Speeding Tix in New Hampshire?
Here's the deal. I have a MA license and got a NH speeding ticket. Does anyone here know if found guilty, do the points appear in MA?
(I have pleaded not guilty...)

If I recall correctly, most of New England does report inter-state ticketing.
How the hell did you manage to get one there though?
I avg'd around 115-120 coming home to Central NJ from Central Maine in Feb 04.
There were no occifers to be found.
Bad luck

This tix was just me being clueless. I commute from the Boston area to Southern NH every day. The NH cruisers and unmarked cars are etched in my sub-conscious.
However, on this day, I just didn't notice the tan Impala at the toll plaza, and as I was heading South on Rt 3, he was pacing me from behind...
I've used the National Motorists Association reference materials to fight tickets before successfully. I'm currently a Step 12 in MA (3 points below the "starting point", so I'm saving a bundle on insurance - which I'd hate to give up). So I may engage a local NH attorney to continue the case into perpetuity. (The 5 years of insurance surcharges would greatly outweigh the attorney fees).
One interesting point to note is the officer marked on the citation that I have NH plates, not MA plates - so should this go to court, there is a glaring technicality I will hone in on (get him to testify to the "facts", which would include that I had a NH plate; and then present evidence that I in fact have MA plate.).
And, I have a whole cross examination sequence on his postion relative to mine to establish my speed while pacing. Again, I'd just as soon continue this thing until the officer retires...
