I officially hate my traction bars
I've got a set of traction bars that I'm really not happy with. They're not name brand so I'll leave that alone. Name brand ones might be better, but what I'd really prefer are some inserts or solid joints on the stock crossmember. I don't have faith in the ability of the heim joints to stand up to daily driven abuse on my particular car - I've already replaced one set and in general the bars are a huge pain in the ***. Having caster adjustment is nice but I'd trade that for less headaches without a second thought! I'll be running 24.5"s on a CRX so I probably can't touch caster anyway.
I know about the ES inserts but I'd prefer solid bushings or something stiffer. If it's a setup that can allow for caster adjustment, all the better. I've heard early Prelude rods can provide caster adjustment - can anyone confirm?
Secondly, can someone recommend a place to get solid joints and a brand? Thanks!
