Default catalyitic converter HELP!

i drive a 93 honda prelude with a swaped in h22 motor. i bought a greddy evo (evo 2 it think, i dont remember, does it even matter?) exhaust system for it. i got all this a while back ago. my problem is that i took my car in for inspection and they said it failed.. bad. mind you ive had this set up for about 3 years now and no problems till now with emissions. my mechanic said ill need a new catalytic converter. does anyone know of a specific catalytic converter or brand that will fit my greddy evo exhaust universally? where i can find it? and how much it will cost? my hope is to just look up on ebay and get it new, but cheap. or at least cheaper than if i were to buy it at a aftermarket shop.

thanks
max

I'm looking at buying this one. It is a high flow one, but it costs less than the oem one.

if your greddy exhast fits your car/cat. and the cat fits your car. then the cat should fit your exhaust.

its like a damn logics question from highschool.

I dont know of any names off the top of my head.
random technology, I think maybe carsound or something like that.

Magnaflow carsound cats are nice. You can probably get one on ebay for ~$50-60. They're universal, so you'll need to go to a muffler shop and have it welded in, but that shouldn't cost more than $30 or so.
