Default Winter and my GCs

Hopefully someone can lend some insight; I posted this in suspension as well, but that doesn't get much traffic. Right now, I'm running 6" 400f/500r springs with Koni Yellows on my Civic. I don't want to be running this suspension in the winter.

I have my old Eibach Pro-Kits and the collar hardware that came with the Konis, and thinking about putting those back on. Problem is, that I had to sand the paint off the Konis to get the GC sleeves on, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to get them off (from corrosion).

So, I'm thinking of just swapping springs (which will also make track setup easier come next season). So what rates / lengths should I be looking at to get to stock-ish or Pro-Kit-ish? I'm thinking 7" so I can leave the collars in the same place on the sleeves, but at the low rates, I'm thinking they'd compress under the vehicles weight, and I don't want the car that low with such low rates (I'm thinking that could be very bad). So should I go 8", or would that raise the car too much?

I really want to leave the collars alone, because I have the alignment and other things marked on the components for easy track setup.

Is that price for each spring, or a pair of springs?

Yeah, 500f/600r on a CRX. Works great with proper snow tires.

I have a second car that is stock that I drive in the winter. My GCs don't get driven on snow or ice.

Jebus. I've got the snows, but the damn thing is squirly at the track in the dry sometimes, so I'm not too keen on trying it. Plus I'm just damn tired of the punishment this thing gives me on the roads that I have to drive on.

Thanks. I figured that out after a bunch of searching, and everyone seemed to be selling used ones for about $80 a pair.
