I have reciently taken my motor apart to rebuild. I am unable to find bearing codes My ls block has its code bbcbc on it but my gsr has no code. I was wondering if all gsr's don't have one, or just mine.

I this a jdm or usdm block?

 

all of them have bearing codes for the rods and mains. honda has used select-fit bearings for quite a while now, since at least as early as '90. and honda isn't alone in this wonderful advancement in engine design . . .
