KW spring rate and sway bar question?

KW spring rate and sway bar question?
Anyone know the spring rat of the KW variant 3's for the EG? And any suggestions on a sway bar combo for an EG HB with Variant 3's and a GSR engine. The car is a daily driver that I auto-X now and then. I was thinking about a JDM ITR front bar and a (23mm) JDM ITR rear bar. Would this be too much for the Variant 3's spring rate?
