what you think about Ls/vtec +nos

I have and Ls/vtec with je 13:1 compresion eagle rods b16 head dc header gsr tranny and im about to go with a shot of 100-140 whould it hold. lookin for opinion feel free to write what ever

That is not a very good compression ratio for NOS. So I would say no, dont go with NOS. Its a cheap way to get power but your CR is way too high for it to function very well.

whats your reasoning for saying not to go with nitrous? (nos is a brand). Nitrous is the same as a turbo or a sc...remember that...if you feel he could turbo that car...then he can use nitrous

sorry for saying NOS. Nitrous is pretty much like a turbo, they dont like high compresion. Or atleast thats what ive heard and read on many posts on this very site.

yea i wouldnt reccomend it either on a 13 to 1 cr either...thats a bit too high for a 100 shot...pump gas is out of the question with that car hes talking about

yeah, what gas do you run on? You would need extreme octane for that compresion!
