It does protrude from the bumper alot though, and is quite flashy. It's a very nice exhaust though, def. one of my favorite styles.

you think the n1 is loud try the buddy club spec II or the RS*R GTII. Those things are absolutely sick.

my friend has the tanabe racing medalion and it's pretty nice, good and deep but not raspy and ricey, it is a lil loud but you get used to it, when you see a cop, push in the clutch

gtIII rsr will make you a cop magnet - it also depends whats up front as for a cat/headers etc that will account for how loud - no cat- want to be pulled over

Heres mine. I'll be getting a new axle-back section in the near future.
Too loud for me these days and poor ground-clearance. But damn they sound good and look even better.

Don't mind the white interior pieces. It came that way.... about half-way fixed now.

Does the N1 perform better than the WS? I mean is it worth swapping from the WS to an N1 if loudness isn't a factor.

extremely minimal gains at best. not worth the swap.

my WS muffler blew out i think either that or it sounds real raspy due to my lack of a cat and header, anybody have an experience with this?

I have the N1 on my Hatch. (sorry no pics) It isn't too loud. I run it without the silencer in it all the time. I had the Apex header to go with it when I ran ran all motor. I never had any problems in Ohio (where I am) with cops. Just don't rev real high when the police are around. I think I scared a couple people with that exhaust before. With a turbo on the car now, it is actually pretty quiet.

yea turbos generally will quiet down the exhaust tone, the n1 isnt loud compared to others, which have already been stated, i would just get a custom one bent and put 2 18" resonators in w/ a nice muffler, that should sound awesome
