mmm. i used to have an ek, but i didn't exactly sell it to get an eg or trade it... I sold it to get an a4, and then i got so bored with the a4 that i decided to buy a little project... so i bought an eg...

i think it's kind of like this... when you have the same girlfriend for a long *** time, you get bored of her and you want a new one.... even though you still like your current girlfriend you dump her *** and go for someone different.

I beleive the rise of the NHRA's SFWD and street stock classes are getting more people interested in racing and a lighter chassis is more desireable.

I just switched from from ek to eg. Did not want the same thing again. The eg is much smaller while my ek had lots of room. The cupholders are not very good. You half to hold the cup if you do not want it to spill. It is a small thing but i realized how having a good cup holder is very important. Those are my only gripe other than that the looks are on par with the ek's.

Eg's are definetly cheaper and are cheaper to buy parts for... And then there's the whole weight thing...
