Just wondering for those who have this on there 94-01 integra is this worth it? does it help alittle alot?? thanks

no, they don't really have any value (aside from the placebo-effect) mainly due to the pivoting mounting mechanisms, which negate the somewhat questionable rigidity the bar could provide if it had fixed mounts.
