Sup honda peeps i need some 411 before i rush and deopinmy new cams currenlty have a 99 ek9 with a 2000 si swap in it with the 2000 si harness and ecu everythign on the swap is stock except for clutch and tranny and ignition setup, anyone can offer some detailed info on how to swap pu tmy cams i picke dup some jdm integra type r cams to swap in wuti need is some info on puttin htem in wut to do nad wut to look for and stuff liek that also wut would ihave to do as far as my ecu setup is concerned and woul i have to up my fuel pressure etc...........

take the old ones out, put the new ones in, up your fuel pressure 3-5 psi, search on here ther are a couple of how to's. Your best bet would be to buy a helms and a good torque wrench and teach yourself

 

i would also look into putting the C5 valvetrain (or better) in your head. If not, i wouldn't go revving over stock b16 redline.
