i'm going to be making some spark plug covers and if you could sketch out what you'd want one to look like, i could design it and manufacture it for you. pics price est. soon.

 

I've thought about doing this. I wonder how detailed can it be and if the paint could withstand the temps inside the engine bay.

I would like to see some examples and a little more detail on wether or not you yourself can provide quality equal to the payment.

Or if anyone else knows a profesional place to get this done I'd like to know.

Once I get a quote back from the machinist, I'll let you know roughly how much they'll cost, but depending on how much detail and the overall design, they might be more or less.

The different finishes I'd be able to do would be raw alum., powdercoated, anodized, and if anodized more machining could be done after to have only some of the surface anodized.

As of right now all i can do is covers for the h22A and if h22A4 is the same size, that too. I don't have any other stock spark plug covers from any other motors to measure. If you know someone with a different motor who wants one done, im me and we can work from there.

I'm also going to be making oil caps and battery tie-downs and possibly some other stuff. I'll post my progress here; just let me know if you're interested and any ideas you have for custom machining on these parts.
