Now that we know what it stands for, can someone shed some light on the actual valve?

I know what it is, and what it does. What I don't know is whether it is on every model Civic/Integra. My Integra didn't seem to have one. Are they only on OBD1 cars? Or only OBD2 cars? All of them? I try to help people with idling problems by telling them to check for vacuum leaks, codes, IACV, etc. I leave out information about the FITV because I have no idea if it even exists on their car.

Tell me so I know.

The Helms I have (for a 1996 Integra) has no information regarding a FITV.
