Default 91 Accord LX brake rotor change

Are there any special tools needed to replace my rotors, or is it pretty straight forward? My manual says the hub is bolt to the steering knuckle and the rotor is bolted to the hub, but someone with the same car said he tried on his Accord and it wasn't that simple.

Default Re: 91 Accord LX brake rotor change (honda-accord)

there are debates on what is the best way to do this job, some people like to use a puller and pull the bearing hub out thus separating the bearing from the race , some like to remove the 4 bolts on the back of the hub and remove it as an assembly..some remove the whole knuckle assembly and take it to a shop to have it removed and pressed back on, depends on the tools u have and the facilities u are working out of could be an easy job ..oh yeah and the location u live at , if in a rusty area ,it will make it a bit harder ....

If u plan on doing it urself let me know ,i will walk u through it
