Default lower tie bar, and strut bars

i have a front strut bar located under the hood. Now would it help to get a lower tie bar, or a rear strut bar, or Both?

I do not know teh difference of where a lower tie bar goes, and where a rear strut bar goes?

strut bars connect the left and right sides of where the suspension connects to the upper chassis, tie bars connect underneath the car where the left and right suspension connect to chassis at the lower control arms. they are both useful in making preventing the chassis from flexing under cornering.
