i was looking at my driver side control arm and noticed it was tweaked a little bit, most likely from last winter when i had slid into the curb. i went to honda and an oem lca is about 200 bucks. does anyone know where i can get an aftermarket lca, and if they make aftermarket lca's? i thought skunk2 would have them but i was not able to find it.

mugen has some for the CTR $575 for two front ones.

 

Go find a set of DC5R LCA's used and the DC5R sway bar to go with and you'll still come out cheaper than the Mugen bushing equipt JDM LCA's. I'm for the Mugen setup, but if you're not going to track the EP, it's really not needed.

I'd deff go with the Mugen. Expensive, yes, but lightweight and will fit your USDM EP3 like a glove with those bushing inserts.

so basically the ep3 and the rsx are based on the same parts? everything suspensionwise is the same? i know they have 5 lug instead of 4 but other than that is everything the same?

 

Many things are the same, or will at least bolt up somehow. The Mugen/OEM ITR front LCA's will bolt up and add some negative camber, if I recall correctly. The only difference between the Mugen and stock Honda versions are the bushings; otherwise they're the same lightweight aluminum arms that also require an ITR front sway (mounting points are different than the EP3/RSX's).
