i did a swap into my ek and i was wondering what type of things do i need to change out for a regular tune up to get the motoring running happy. i noticed after it sat for a lil while the car is running like a bag of ***. what type 0f things is recommonded when swapping to change out?

oil pump?
water pump?
spark plugs?

am i on the right path? can someone please help me
