WTB: Cheap Civic, Does not have to run, Old as 88+. Rockford, Illinois
Need a winter car to mess around with, more so to learn on. Like states does not have to run, but makes it less of a money pit. $1000 is the most I want to spend. I really want $500-$700. Im going to fix it and give it away to someone who needs it. Let me know what you have.
