Default low end power loss

I changed the timing belt on my Civic, when firing it up again, it took a bit of trying, but it started up, idles fine, but now it is a dog going up hills. No spunk at the low RPMs. Seems to run fine in the high end power band. Any suggestions?

I have done a compression check to see if any damage occurred when the belt broke, but it does idle fine and has normal power once you are up over 300rpms
