OK let me set this up so you can give me ideas.

I bought a 96 accord from a guy that works in my father's shop. He sold me the car cheap b/c he had to make a house payment and got tired of working on the car. Well he is the type of person that just kinda throws stuff together and made this a quick driver car for him. Well my prelude just bit the dust and I was looking for a new car

It's a 96 accord with a f23a1 engine already in it.

Things I need to find if anyone can help and questions I need answered b/c I'm new at this.

1. Is there a wiring manual for doing engine swaps like this b/c My SRS light and Check Engine light are on.

2. Is there an ECU or something I have to buy to get the VTEC to work correctly? It's wired up to a switch I have to toggle to engage VTEC.

3. The clutch kinda slips so Any Ideas on clutch kits/replacements would be awesome.

4. Any other things I need to check or procedures that should be followed when doing an engine swap would be nice b/c I don't know how good this guy is at doing this and he might have cut corners.

5. The break sinks to the floor when I go to stop so any ideas on what can cause that besides the master cylinder? I wanted to check some other things before replacing that.

I'm looking to make this an everyday driver but I'm 21 so I like to have the extra power. I was looking through the fourms and saw things about doing this engine over a H22 just by adding boost. What is boost?
